Hall-All Contracting are centrally located in Muchea to service the surrounding areas of Chittering, Bullsbrook, Swan Valley and Gingin. Our services include:

SITEWORKS
From house pads to commercial siteworks, Hall-All can construct the lot. Using only engineered certified fill sand we ensure all our house pads are correctly laid and tested by an engineer when required. We also consult engineers for subsoil drain and membrane underlays in clay soil type grounds. Note that the ground is active in some areas in the Bullsbrook and Chittering hills and movement of up to 30mm can be encountered year round. Siteworks are generally more expensive when abnormal ground conditions are found.

DRIVEWAYS
Hall-All can construct a driveway, hardstand, road or access track to your property. If an exsiting driveway or road needs maintenance Hall-All can be of service. We use either gravel, Ferricrete, roadbase or limestone.

LAND CLEARING
Hall-All can clear building envelopes, fence lines and carry out general clearing.

SEWAGE SYSTEMS
Hall-All can install standard sewage systems which is two tanks and two 11 mtr leach drains. If you require an ATU (Alternative Treatment Unit) we recommend the Galvin Clearwater 90.

HORSE ARENAS
Hall-All can construct horse arenas to all shapes and sizes. We supply surfaces such as yellow clay sand, Gin Gin quartz, woodchips, metal dust or river sand to meet all budgets.

We also do site cleans, rubbish removal as well as trenching and cross overs.

• WA250 Komatsu loader, fitted with rake and gp bucket
• 5 ton excavator, fitted with rock breaker, ripper, batter bucket.
• S185 bobcat, fitted with grader, forks, post hole augur, rake bucket.
