Hall All Contracting is currently carrying out a road construction contract for future engineering and communications on behalf of Western Power.
It is being built near Badgingarra in the Shire of Dandargan, adjacent to APA’s 80 MW Emu Downs Wind Farm and planned 20 MW solar project creating a 230 MW renewable energy precinct.
